Our most-requested summer program returns in the fall with the runaway hit series Demon Slayer, written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotouge.

When Tanjiro Kamado returns home to his village to find that his family was slaughtered by demons, he swears that he'll become a Demon Slayer and avenge those he lost. But his sister Nezuko survives the attack and finds herself transformed into a demon. She still has human thoughts and emotions, however, leaving the siblings with a mystery: Can she be restored to her full-human state? And what price will have to be paid for her salvation?

Starting on October 2nd, copies of the first three volumes of the manga will be available at the circulation desk upstairs! That way, you can read the manga before we watch the anime (if you want to). The meeting starts with a quick discussion of the manga before watching the first three episodes of the anime, and we'll save some time at the end to share our thoughts and decide if we want to continue with Demon Slayer or watch a different series next time.
