You asked, we answered. It's back - the Library Bread Bake-Off!
Here's what you need to know:
- There will be THREE categories: yeast bread, quick (non-yeast) bread, and gluten-free. You can enter as many categories as you like, but only one bread per category.
- All entries must register; you may register up to Friday, April 26.
- Breads should be dropped off Saturday between 11:15-12:00; tasting will occur between 12:00-1:00.
- If your bread is to be cut at the event, please bring a cutting board and knife. The Library cannot supply those.
