She is in her second year as a student in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (MMTCP) offered through the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley. "In our busy world, mindfulness meditation gives us the opportunity to take a moment for calm and relaxation. The more we practice mindfulness meditation we will find it reaches beyond our practice and helps us remain calmer throughout the day."
