Children’s Winter Reading Program at the R.H.L.

Saturday, December 17th, 2022 to Saturday, February 25th, 2023

· Starting Saturday, December 17th, stop by the Children’s Room to pick up your Winter Reading Game Sheet.

· Each square is worth 20 minutes of reading; color each square after you read for 20 minutes.

· When you read for 1 hour (3 squares) you will earn a bead for your necklace. When you earn your first bead, we will give you a necklace to collect your beads.

· Earn a raffle ticket towards one of our raffle prizes for every 3 hours you read. (This is 9 squares.)

· When you land on a “Special Bead” square, you can choose a bead from our special bead bin.

· Bring your Winter Reading Game Sheet to the Children’s Room to collect your beads and raffle tickets.

· If you finish your Game Sheet, which is a total of 15 hours, stop by the Children’s Room for another one.

· The program is 10 weeks long and you may complete as many sheets as you can during this time.

· The last day to pick up beads and raffle tickets is Saturday, February 25th, 2023.
